Will my jewellery look as good as it did before?
We have access to a vast range of diamonds, opals, precious, semi-precious and non precious stones – the list is extensive. EG Amethysts, Blue Topaz, CZ, Cubic Zirconia, Emeralds, Garnets, Marcasite, Opals, Pearls, Rubies and Sapphires.
Stones can come in a variety of shades, for example, sapphires start at a very bright blue and range to almost black. We colour match and grade to the existing stones. Replacement stones are bought to order, to ensure the best match. If required, we can take photographs and email images for you to choose from.
Will the stone fall out again?
The most common reason for a stone falling out is damage or everyday wear and tear to the claws which hold the stone in its ring setting. We inspect the ring setting and claws to give an overview of the work that will be required to replace the stone and keep it firmly in place.
